  • Carrier Information + Tracking + Delivery times
    Prism + Fleur ships all orders by priority air mail with tracking - so you will be able to see the progress of your order through its transit to you! We use typically the following carriers: DHL Global, USPS, UPS, Australia Post International, Yun Express, Fedex, Aramex + some smaller couriers for local handoff. Our average delivery time for UK, USA, Canada, Australia, European Mainland is no more than 10 business days. Please add items to cart and enter your shipping information for accurate details about shipping time for your order.
  • What country will my order come from?
    Prism + Fleur is based in Australia + USA - however like most independent deck creators - Our collection is mostly manufactured in Hong Kong - some of our collection is shipped directly from there, as well as from Australia & USA. This shipping strategy allows for postage prices to be more affordable for our customers as well as impacting the planet less when moving items multiple times between countries! We hope that regardless of what country your treasures are dispatched from, that you enjoy them and trust that the quality from Prism + Fleur will always be first priority!
  • If my Order ships from Hong Kong/China - won't it take a really long time?
    Short answer - No! It’s a common misconception that it takes a long time for packages to arrive internationally from China. We utilise partnerships with USPS, DHL, Fedex and some other carriers who have aircraft that transit direct line from China to USA, EU, Australia etc. so it’s similar delivery times as using a domestic carrier. (A lot of people are used to the economy “epacket” service from China which can take a long time for delivery as it's sent by sea) Our history of package delivery times falls within the 7-10 days window for most countries! And typically it is faster from Hong Kong/China as this country is a more central hub.
  • Order Processing Times
    Our standard order processing times are 1-2 business days. This is the time is will take for us to pick, package and hand your order off to the carrier for transit. Please note - *Handling time is NOT Shipping time* Shipping times are additional to this handling time eg. your order will take 1-2 business days to pick and package and hand off, and then it will take 5-7 business days for the package to be delivered (this is an example, this timing is not standard across all orders and depends on your location) so this example order will take 5-10 business days for final delivery when you add the handling time estimate on to the transit time.   • ETSY - Where is my tracking link?
    If you have ordered on Etsy, and you cannot see a link to track your item, or the dispatch notification says "no tracking" You can check your tracking link in the "purchases" tab of your personal Etsy dashboard. If your tracking number isn't linked correctly through your shipping confirmation email - there is a solution. Enter the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email into to this universal tracking site This site can access shipping data from most carriers internationally! (There is a button at the top right to change your language to English)
  • Only Part of My Order Arrived?
    Sometimes we are required to ship your order from multiple locations. Usually you will receive separate shipment notifications and tracking for each parcel you are going to receive, however if this has not happened, please reach out with your order number and we can provide the tracking links for you.
  • Cancellation, Return & Refund Policies
    Thanks for shopping at Prism + Fleur. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Cancellations Cancellations for change of mind are not accepted one the item has been shipped, if you would like to make a return of your item once it has arrived, return postage costs and duties will be at your own cost. Returns You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For additional information in this section, create your own Return & Refund Policy. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us. If you've received a damaged deck, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
  • My order arrived damage/defective
    We know it can be disheartening to receive a damaged or defective product in the mail, however, although it is upsetting - we will do everything we can to help resolve the problem for you by replacing or refunding. For a quick resolution, please email us and include 3 or more images of the damage/defect so we can action straight away for you!
  • What currency will I be charged in?
    Prism + Fleur uses USD as our currency. Please refer to your bank statements for price in your local currency. Alternatively, check the currency converter dropdown on the Cart checkout page. Simply select your native currency and let it calculate what the total is in your country.
  • Do your Tarot & Oracle Decks have translations in other languages? (French/Japanese/Spanish)

  • I messaged on social media about my order and have not had a response
    The best way to contact us is through email Keeping up with direct messages on our social platforms is inefficient and time consuming. We are a small operation, it can take up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. If the issue is urgent (ie: changing an address, getting an order rushed, ordered wrong item) please put URGENT in the subject. Please do not message us on multiple platforms.
  • the Guidebook download is not working
    Sometimes technology has a little trouble! if you have tried downloading and you're not having any luck - try these steps before reaching out to the team :) 1. is your browser blocking the download? check in the top address bar, there is usually a small icon that will display if a download is being blocked. You will need to allow it as an administrator (don't worry, the file is safe!) 2. If you're trying to download on an iphone or android, this doesnt always work so well, especially on older operating systems or android devices, try on a tablet or computer instead! 3. Try a different web browser - sometimes chrome works better than internet explorer etc etc etc - if one doesnt work, try a different one, it might do the trick! if all these steps are STILL not working, shoot us a message we will try our best to resolve for you!

  • I was charged more than I expected for my order?
    We use USD as our currency. If you are in a country where USD is not native currency - your bank will automatically charge you the equivalent conversion in your native currency.
